Ordering
We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is under the age of 18. By placing and order via our website you are confirming that you are at least 18 years of age.
We do not guarantee availability of all items on our website. In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable when you place your order, we shall contact you to either select a suitable replacement, or another acceptable arrangement for the completion of your order. We reserve the right not to accept any order. All our prices are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT).

Delivery
We aim to deliver within 3 working days of your order. If you have not received your delivery within 3 working days please contact us at sales@german-bier-warehouse.com

This does not apply to out of stock items. If a product is unavailable we shall contact you and either arrange a new delivery date or agree on a suitable replacement.
We shall not be liable for any delay in delivering your order if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control such as, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, fire, flood, storm or “Act of God”, failure of ISP or telecommunications provider in connection with the performance of this Agreement. Orders placed before December 17th 2010, will be delivered before “Christmas Day” and “New Years Day”, however any orders placed after are not guaranteed to be delivered before both days.
You may cancel your order anytime within 24 hours of order. Dispatch is organised same day when order(s) are placed before 2pm of that day.

Should you decide to cancel your order after goods have been dispatched; all charges (except delivery cost) will be refunded to your card as soon as the goods are returned to us in a merchantable condition and in the original box that you received the goods.
Once the goods have been received and checked all refunds will be made within 30 days.
Breakages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. The returns and cancellations policies above listed do not affect your statutory rights.
All card payments are handled by Secure Trading via a secured web link. We accept payment from all major cards, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB and Debit cards, except American Express, Diner Card.
All data is collected lawfully and maintained in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. All data held will not be passed on to any third party except for delivery purposes.
Occasionally, German Bier Warehouse will e-mail you information about promotions, discounts, special offers and other beer/wine related information. If you do not wish to receive any information please tick the box at the bottom of the order form.
