Tasting Notes:
The dark ruby red robe is bright and limpid. The nose is extremely fine and exquisite, with dominant pinot noir aromas (resin, ripe strawberry and plum) but also fragrances you usually find in white burgundies (acacia and honeysuckle).
On the palate, although it does reveal the aromatic power of its "terroir", with chocolate and roasted coffee scents, it also offers a beautiful roundness and a good length on top of a well-balanced structure.
Food: Pair with wild boar or with matured cheese, game and ripened cheese.
Serving Temp.: 16-18° C Alcohol: 13% Aging: 30 months in French oak barrels. Cellaring: 30 years
