50% Tempranillo; 50% Merlot
Tasting Note:
Ruby colour with violet rim. Notes of pastry with hints of raspberry, dairy and liquorice and a touch of balsamic.
On the palate it is meaty and shows a lot of fruit with fine tannins.
Food: Braised meats, legumes, grilled vegetables, game meats, rice dishes and blue cheese.
Serving Temp.: 12-18ºC  Alcohol: 14%
