The Hunter Valley heat definately suits Merlot which is fast becoming a favourite for wine lovers around the world. This Merlot is rich, smooth style showing cherry, chocolate characters. Finer tannins ensure the wine can be enjoyed young or will age well.

Tasting Note
Medium to dark red. Aroma of Dark plum with vibrant berry fruit. A dense, well rounded palate of cherry, chocolate richness with some spicy, integrated oak characters.
Very good with antipasto, roast lamb or turkey
