Tasting Note
The taste of this wine shows great depth and intensity. It has a very strong spine fields, was pressed from healthy over-ripe grapes, dried to raisins. Particularly noteworthy, is the powerful, yet elegantly fruity taste. The tannins are integrated harmoniously and give the wine a good structure. In the finish, the wine is pleasantly sustainable.
A versatile food companion, especially with game, red meat dishes and strong cheeses.
Aging
Stored for 12 months in French oak barrels from "Allier Oak".
